Living in the Moment

Living in the Moment

I can do it.

Then I can’t.

It’s that simple.

When the moment is happening, I am completely wrapped up in it.

Living in that moment.

Utterly and completely.

Loving it thoroughly.

Then the moment passes and I swoon.

And swoon some more.

Looking ahead and creating stories in my imagination.

Long-term stories.

Why the hell is that?

How the hell do I make it stop?

    1. I only want to stop getting ahead of things too quickly. I have a tendency to put the cart before the horse…
Living in the moment is something that seems so fleeting to me – it is a goal of mine to try and be more “moment to moment”.

Talk to me :-)
