My drinking has gotten completely out of control.
I drink in the morning.
I drink in the evening.
At least I’m not having a drink when I wake up in the middle of the night (any more).
I was eating my pain away, too.
I pretty much stopped roller skating.
But I gained too much weight and my pants were too tight.
So, on a positive note,
I resumed roller skating 2 nights a week
And I got a bike
I have lost that 14 pounds and am well on my way to losing a few more.
But I still have the drinking problem.
Which won’t be going away any time soon,
Because I am not ready to stop drinking.
